Job Description: MES Plant Services IT Support Senior Consultant
Location: New York Area
The lead for MES Plant Services, overseeing daily operations, coordinating tasks among team members, and ensuring alignment with production goals.

1.Technical Support:
oProvide first-level and second-level technical support for MES applications, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly.
oTroubleshoot and resolve MES-related software and hardware issues, coordinating with vendors when necessary.
