We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Contractor Client Relationship Specialist . In this flexible, commission-based role, you will work at your own pace and have the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses for every client you recruit to our company. Responsibilities :
- Client Recruitment : Visit local hospitals and healthcare facilities within the Greater Atlanta area to identify potential clients who may benefit from personalized home care services.
- Relationship Building : Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with potential clients and their families, effectively communicating the benefits of our services.
- Client Assessments : Conduct in-person or virtual meet-and-greet sessions to introduce our offerings and assess client needs.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the main office to relay essential client information and develop customized care plans.
- Caregiver Recruitment : Facilitate the recruitment process for qualified caregivers, including conducting Zoom interviews, screenings, and onboarding procedures.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recruitment efforts, and caregiver profiles.
- Ongoing Support : Provide ongoing support to ensure positive experiences for both clients and caregivers.
- Industry Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends and local healthcare resources to enhance service offerings.
