About the Position: 

As a Sales Director, you will be instrumental in growing our company and be a champion for the GadellNet brand. As a true sales hunter, you will drive our growth through cold calling, prospecting, networking and social selling. We help solve our clients' IT challenges with our suite of solutions.  As the individual who represents GadellNet and drives the revenue of our firm, the Business Director must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time.  We look for business athletes who are aggressive team players – hungry, nimble and intelligent – with the ability to close business quickly. GadellNet's physical office is located in Greenwood Village, CO.  We are looking for an individual with experience establishing sales and relationships from South Denver to Colorado Springs. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and drive revenue within the South Denver to Colorado Springs market 
  • Develop a strategic territory business plan 
  • Build brand awareness through a social media strategy 
  • Run campaigns and lead generation utilizing our internal CRM 
  • Own the sales cycle – from lead generation to closure 
  • Attend and generate leads from regional networking events 
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal CRM system 
  • Generate business opportunities through dedicated prospecting and cold-calling efforts 
  • Quickly build relationships, solidify and execute partnerships in the market 

 

Necessary Skills: 

  • Ability to earn trust and form relationships with potential customers 
  • Experience prospecting and selling to “C” level 
  • Proven relationships and knowledge of territory assigned 
  • Articulate and persuasive oral and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment 
  • Professional presence and business acumen 
  • Thorough understanding of technology needs for small businesses 
  • Experience in utilizing CRMS, experience with Hubspot is a plus but not required 
  • Membership or relationships in the networking groups and/or local chambers is a plus but not required.
