Intake Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Intake Management: Handle the intake process for broken devices, ensuring accurate logging of customer information and device details.
• Organization: Maintain an organized system ensuring that the device repairs are prioritized and easily located when needed.
• Repair Tracking: Keep track of ongoing repairs, updating customers on the status of their devices and notifying them when repairs are complete. This requires attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills: Must be good with people, demonstrating strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their needs.
• Technical Knowledge: Candidates should be tech-savvy and keep up to date with some of the latest technology.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose issues and provide solutions or escalate problems as necessary. This includes being proactive in understanding customer needs.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently, such as tracking repairs and maintaining inventory.
• Onsite device repair training is available if applicant desires and demonstrates appropriate skills.
