JOB TITLE: Maintenance Receptionist/Clerical
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in Payroll, Purchasing, and Accounting Systems
STATUS: Non Exempt
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 Months (240 Days)
SALARY: Current Salary Schedule
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Answer phone, emails requesting maintenance/help from all sites.
2. Report the request to Joe/maintenance.
3. Type maintenance purchase orders, pay maintenance invoices.
4. Purchase office supplies for central office.
5. Purchase janitorial supplies for annex, central office, parent center, annex and alternative.
6. Maintenance Payroll.
7. Auto insurance for maintenance fleet.
8. Keep records of vehicle/mower purchases.
9. In-house printing of items such as school handbooks, brochures, etc.
10. Talk to numerous sales people about maintenance/janitorial products.
11. Assist with the capital plan and facility assessment.
12. Maintain files on major maintenance projects/purchases.(ex-roofing)
13. Property insurance.
14. Take care of deliveries to the loading dock from other departments such as Title I, technology and textbooks.
15. Any other duty assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Superintendent
