Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care to patients on the med-surg unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A compact or AL RN License
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Cerner experience is preferred but not required
