As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and developing comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and contribute to the overall success of a given Salesforce portfolio.
Responsibilities :
- Transform business requirements into scalable and manageable solutions and design specifications, formulating detailed work breakdown structures and related task-level information for incorporation into project schedules.
- Craft comprehensive solution architectures that meet business requirements, optimize performance, and ensure scalability. Lead Salesforce developers in the delivery of custom solutions that follow GAF standard SDLC process.
- Evaluate and select technology solutions, assess various technology options, identify POC, and select the most appropriate solutions for specific business needs.
- Oversee Solution Implementation of designed solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance, share technical expertise and guidance with development teams, foster collaboration, and ensure project success.
- Monitor and optimize solution performance, continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing resource utilization.
- Champion Innovation and continuous improvement, advocate for innovation and continuous improvement, propose new technologies and strategies to enhance solutions and meet evolving business needs.
