Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide excellent service
- Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and promotions
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations
- Handle transactions, process payments, and provide correct change when needed
- Anticipate guest needs and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
