A Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing support to our customers over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate for this position is organized and detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls in a timely manner.
- Answer customer questions.
- Order processing; fast & accurate keyboarding with attention to detail
- Assist customers with a variety of questions via phone and email.
- Assist customers with tracking order.
- Assist customers with Quotes
- Resolve problems with customer orders.
- Provide product information.

Hourly wage $19.00 - $20.00 DOQ
