What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Customer Service Bail Bond Agent position at Gage Gandy Bail Bonds?
Gage Gandy Bail Bonds is a 24-hour business that writes and posts bail bonds at the local jails. You would assist individuals in the Bail Bonding process in our office and or online for Brazos County and surrounding counties. We are looking for reliable, positive, and enthusiastic agents, with excellent Customer Service experience. Interested candidates must work weekends, and holidays plus have a good Criminal Record with a valid Texas driver's License and an excellent driving record.
Duties:
- Post Bonds at the local jail
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones, outbound calls, and inbound calls, data entry, light cleaning
- Accept payments, filing, and record-keeping
- Occasional Lift and/or move boxes of files
- Travel to surrounding counties to post bonds when needed in the company car
- Duties and shifts may change and agents may be required to perform other duties as assigned to meet the company’s needs.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
