GAI Consultants is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Northeast Transportation Business Sector in Pennsylvania to serve as Construction Inspection and Construction Management Service Manager for the municipal and private clients.
Job Duties:
- Manage Construction Inspection and Construction Management teams on roadway and bridge projects for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC), and other Pennsylvania municipal and private clients.
- Direct highly complex and specialized construction inspection and construction management programs.
- Plan and organize the work of construction inspection and construction management staff members.
- Actively market projects and lead proposal preparation.
- Manage existing client relationships and develop new clients with the firm.
- Recruit construction inspection and construction management staff for marketing pursuits and construction project staffing.
- Oversee completeness and accuracy of the project team’s work by actively supervising and guiding the team to overall project objectives.
- Perform project management duties and other tasks, as required.

Education
