Marketing Generalist (On-Site)
Gaia Flooring is a fast-growing company in the flooring industry, specializing in delivering high-quality laminate and vinyl flooring. As a young and dynamic organization, we’re looking for an ambitious Marketing Generalist to join a small but growing marketing department. This role is ideal for a candidate who is a self starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking on a broad range of responsibilities.
As the Marketing Generalist, you will work under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and will focus on executing marketing tasks and projects to support department goals. This role is task-oriented. You will handle the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and consistent brand messaging.
Working Location : 40577 Albrae St, Ste F, Fremont, CA
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 pm
Responsibilities :
Content Development & Management :
With direction from leadership, create and manage content for the marketing campaigns, company website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with the Marketing Designer on producing ad creatives, including graphics design and video content.
Send email communications to vendors and customers, promoting product updates and driving engagement.
Campaign Support :
Execute marketing deliverables as directed by the Marketing Manager.
Assist with the testing and optimization of campaigns, providing input on effectiveness when necessary.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Vendor Coordination :
Manage vendor relationships, including offshore vendors, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to timelines.
Liaise with external vendors for the production of marketing materials, such as printed items, packaging, or event assets.
Ensure quality standards and timelines are met for all outsourced deliverables.
Adapt to different time zones as needed to coordinate effectively with offshore teams and vendors.
Administrative Support :
Organize and maintain marketing files, assets, and records for easy accessibility.
Assist in tracking budgets and invoices related to marketing activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related Field
- 3 Years of experience in a relevant role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with digital tools like Google Analytics and email marketing platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work collaboratively within a team.
