Our catalog of over 8,000 original programs, licensed docs, and films cover a breadth of topics including yoga, spirituality and the esoteric.We are seeking a highly skilled Email Specialist with 2-3 years experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage and convert our target audience.

Responsibilities
- Work with Email Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive conversion of prospects and boosts member engagement — we are a small team that focuses on both growth and retention so it is important you are able to think and work in both areas.
- Manage and optimize email campaigns across multiple channels, including member email, SMS, and push.
- Ideate and test compelling email marketing content, including subject lines, body copy, CTAs, creative asset types, and messaging to synthesize learnings and scale positive results
- Collaborate with in-house creative team to develop engaging assets that drive performance.
- Constantly seek ways we can optimize and iterate on our numerous automations and triggers to improve KPIs and drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing privacy and regulations, i.e. CAN-SPAM, GDPR.
- Use email marketing software to manage subscriber lists, segment audiences, and automate campaigns.
- Monitor email KPIs, prepare reporting, and provide regular updates to the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field is a plus.
- 2-3 years experience in email marketing
- Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, regulations, and tools
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing software, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo — Emarsys, Braze, or Iterable experience will greatly improve consideration for the role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and complete work within a deadline
- Must be able to work on campus in Louisville, CO.
- US citizenship or an existing work visa is required
- Gaia subscribers strongly preferred
- Non-smoker
