Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales /Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales in a high-end retail environment.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Maintain knowledge of artist roster and current inventory
- Keep the gallery promotional materials updated and organized
- Familiarity with print and on-line marketing
- Communicate effectively with customers to determine their needs
- Utilize retail math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Assist in out-on-approval and installations in customer home
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Art background is beneficial
- Proficiency with MAC computers and database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Team player, willingness to assist other staff members as needed
Joining our team as a Sales/Marketing Associate offers the opportunity to meet and build relationships with well known artists and work within a dynamic team. If you have a passion for art and/or sales, we are willing to train the right person. Pay scale DOE.
