Responsibilities :
- Assist in overseeing the process of property listings and finalizing deals for seamless transactions in Ocala, FL, US.
- Engage in consultations with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences in finding suitable homes, then match properties that meet their criteria.
- Proactively follow up on leads to ensure consistent growth in the sales pipeline.
- Aid in drafting written purchase offers for buyers to expedite a smooth closing process.
- Actively participate in prospecting efforts to generate new business and nurture leads for expanding sales opportunities.
- Stay abreast of local real estate market trends to effectively address client inquiries about potential properties and the community.
