POSITION PURPOSE:
The Clinical Manager assumes overall responsibility of the BEI Staff, its functions, policies and procedures. Clinical Manager will work closely with Administrative Assistant, Surgical Scheduler, Patient Account and Tech staff to ensure every area of patient care is efficient, effective, and welcoming to patients. Clinical Manager communicates the vision and goals of the company to his/her subordinate and guides them to accomplish them within their departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plans and organizes clinical services to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates methods to ensure effective and efficient use of staff, facilities, equipment, and other resources while maintaining patient care standards.
• Observe procedures and make appropriate recommendations for improving techniques, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible for supervising clinical staff including Administrative Assistant, Surgical Scheduler, Patient Account and Tech staff.
• Provides leadership and counsel to clinical personnel to enhance staff development by setting
goals, supervises and evaluates work activities of clinical personnel.
• Maintains communication between Director of Ambulatory Surgery Centers/staff in relation to clinical flow, policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures by collecting, measuring, and monitoring data, reports and work flow statistics.
• Supports staff training, discipline, promotion and transfer and works closely with HR to maintain a high level of staffing.
• Handles patient concerns.

Physical Demands:

Working Conditions and Environment:
Incumbent works in a temperature controlled medical office environment. Pay: The starting range for this position is $85,000.00 - 98,682.36/salary. depending on skills, experience, and qualifications as well as market considerations. (posting updated 1/2/2025)
