The Graphic Designer is responsible for executing creative design for all Pacers Sports & Entertainment departments and brands, as well as for corporate partnerships. This individual will work in conjunction with creative agency partners.
The ideal candidate will focus on solving problems through the creative process to benefit all PS&E brands, which includes the Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, Indiana Mad Ants, Pacers Gaming, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and Pacers Foundation. We are looking for someone who is collaborative, innovative, has a strong attention to detail, and is open to developing new skills.
Portfolio work is required and must be comprised of work created and designed exclusively by the applicant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist with all design initiatives including the development of marketing materials, advertisement campaigns, digital assets, logos, in-arena signage, corporate partnership assets, in-game graphics, and other internal graphic design requests.
- Manage design projects from request for creative to finished deliverable.
- Adapt design elements to carry out the continuity of the brand(s) throughout all collateral based on supporting strategy and brand guidelines.
- Produce work that aligns with brand consistency and current style guide.
- Manage internal and external use of logos to ensure brand integrity.
- Assist various departments with creating and updating materials for sales and promotions.
- Prepare final layouts for print and assist in the production process.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
