As an Assistant Community Manager at Gaines Investment Trust, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting leasing success, and fostering a positive living environment. Your contributions help drive financial performance while creating a community that residents are proud to call home.
Your Purpose & Contribution
Enhance Resident Engagement – Build rapport with prospects and residents by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and fostering a sense of belonging within the community.
Support Leasing & Operations – Assist with leasing tours, application processing, lease preparation, renewals, and ensure accurate documentation to support operational excellence.
Drive Financial Performance – Manage rent collections, post payments, oversee delinquencies, and support revenue goals through effective financial management.
Coordinate Property Maintenance – Work with the team to process maintenance requests and ensure the property remains well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
Collaborate with Leadership – Partner closely with the Community Manager to execute strategies that support occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction.
Utilize Technology for Efficiency – Leverage property management software, including Yardi Voyager, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools, to streamline processes and track community performance.
Ensure Availability and Reliability – Be dependable for regular business hours and Saturdays as needed, maintaining consistency in service and operations.

We are looking for a driven, service-oriented professional who brings:
- 1 years of assistant property manager experience (preferred).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
- Proficiency in Yardi and CRM systems (preferred).
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
