Compensation: $18 - $19 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonus based on merit

As a part-time Leasing Professional, you serve as the face of the community—building relationships with prospects and residents, driving leasing success, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all who walk through our doors. Your service, attention to detail, and dedication play a vital role in maintaining occupancy, satisfaction, and a welcoming environment.
Your Purpose & Contribution
- Enhance Community Engagement – Build meaningful relationships with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction, retention, and a strong sense of community.
- Drive Leasing Success – Understand prospects’ needs, overcome objections, and guide them through the leasing process to maximize occupancy.
- Support Operational Excellence – Manage lease documentation and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Deliver Exceptional Service – Provide caring, professional support to guests and residents, both in person and over the phone.
- Create a Welcoming Atmosphere – Promote a professional and friendly environment for residents, guests, and coworkers.
- Utilize Technology for Efficiency – Use Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM systems to streamline leasing processes and improve performance.
- Ensure Availability & Reliability – Be dependable for Saturday hours and a couple of weekdays to support property and business needs.
Who Thrives in This Role?
We’re looking for a proactive and personable professional with:
- 1 years of leasing experience in property management or customer service.
- Residence within 30 minutes of Tucson, AZ.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- A passion for helping others and solving problems.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Yardi experience is a plus).
