Position: Leasing Professional (Experienced/Part-time Only)

We seek to hire an experienced part-time leasing professional in Las Vegas to join our Apartment teams.

Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport with prospects and residents.

As a work-family member, you will join our fantastic office team and report to the Community Manager.

Compensation: Up to $23 per hour, commensurate with experience

Country Club at Valley View and Country Club at The Meadows are active senior living communities (not assisted living facilities). We have long-term employees and a fun work-family culture. We seek a qualified, hard-working part-time Leasing Professional to complete our Team!

What You Will Do:

• Engage and welcome guests upon entering.
• Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents.
• Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment/community, overcome objections, and lease apartments.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to promptly complete tasks.
• Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents to policy and procedures.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs.
• Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service.
• Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests.
• Reliable to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays (approximately 24 hours)
• Occasional resident events or emergencies will require working outside regular business hours. There may be times when called upon based on rare necessities.

What You Will Bring:
Our ideal candidate will have 1 years of leasing experience in property management, plus the following credentials/skills:

• Currently living close to Las Vegas/Henderson, NV - or within a 30-minute commute.
• Passion for assisting others.
• Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently.
• Professional communication skills and appearance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm about new challenges, and a desire to grow personally and professionally.
• Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals.
• Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office and Yardi.
• Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting goals, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude.
