Gainesville Collision Center is looking for a full time Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to add to our team. Monday-Friday, no weekends! Starting pay $18 per hour based on experience!!

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image.
Assist with administrative duties which include:
- Data Entry
- Keep accurate records
Requirements:
- Ability to use Microsoft, Word and Excel
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Keep Accurate Records
- Detail Oriented
- Professional Appearance and Good Communication Skills
- Integrity, a Positive Attitude, and a Strong Work Ethic
- Willingness to Learn, Receptive to New Ideas
- Ability to be a Team Player
- Bi-lingual is a plus, fluent in Spanish and English
- Body shop experience also a huge plus.
