Busy hospital seeking an EXPERIENCED Veterinary Technician, with a minimum of 2 years experience, that has a positive attitude, strong work ethic & excellent nursing skills.
Must be able to successfully restrain both dogs AND cats, assist in surgery, administer & monitor animals under anesthesia, complete clinical laboratory tests, administer injections and medications, use multiple radiology techniques. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
The ability to work a flexible schedule & Saturday's is required. Must be dependable, compassionate, & a team player. Good communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to animals, ensuring their comfort and well-being during examinations and treatments.
- Assist veterinarians in performing medical procedures, including animal catheterization and restraint.
- Maintain accurate medical records and communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' health.
- Handle laboratory samples and perform diagnostic tests as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including kennel and treatment areas.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
