Our client, a global industry-leading law firm, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join their team! The position will oversee all day-to-day business development support and be one of the main points of contact. This role is hybrid, with 3 out of 5 days in their beautiful Manhattan office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work alongside attorneys to create and manage proposals, credentials, and pitches
- Use marketing system to maintain practice and attorney information such as CVs, deal lists, pitch tracking, and client contacts
- Conduct market research on existing and prospective clients and market issues which may impact client’s businesses
- Coordinate meetings with practice groups to review progress on marketing projects and key client targeting
- Making sure all relevant information from meetings gets circulated to all relevant groups
- Assisting with preparation of legal directories submissions and other surveys/rankings
- Plan and facilitate client events and seminars in conjunction with the events team
- Coordinate conference sponsorships
- Leverage the firm’s international business development network to coordinate projects and develop new opportunities

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of legal or professional services experience, paralegal experience will be considered
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong attention to detail and client focus and ability to work in a high-profile, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues from around the globe
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to develop understanding of markets in which the practice areas operate

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience
