Job Details
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Client Services and Marketing teams
- Draft and proofread client correspondence
- Prepare case summaries and other materials
- Manage mailing lists
- Update company website content, including attorney bios
- Salary Range: $75-80k annually, based on experience
- Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k)
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years' administrative experience in a professional services environment
- Strong verbal and written communicator with top-notch proofreading skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
