Our client, a leading law firm based in NYC, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team! This position is hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days WFH), and based at their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of Business Services positions
- Execute selective and efficient role recruitment, selection, and hiring
- Support Assistant Director in HR by managing employee relations
- Help guide employees on policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR Assistant to develop and maintain the annual initiative and programs calendar
- Assist in design, delivery, and management of learning and development programs
- Supervise the HR Assistant
- Oversee Time Management module and address employee concerns
- Assist with offboarding, payroll, and noting personnel actions
- Collaborate with a team to plan and execute firmwide gatherings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6 – 8 years of relevant human resources
- Recruiting experience required, including 2 years of managerial experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc), UKG primary functions, HRIS applications (Workday, ADP, SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to creatively solve problems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable in a collaborative environment
- Utilize discretion to handle sensitive and confidential information
Salary Range: $160,000 to $175,000 based on experience
