Our client is the Family Office of the founder of a prestigious hedge fund. They are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join the team. This position is fully on site in Princeton, New Jersey.
Job Details
- Answer phones, route calls with discretion, and manage inquiries
- Assist with meetings and event coordination, including vendor management
- Perform general administrative tasks and data entry, including expense reporting
- Provide backup support for Executive Administrative Assistants
- Manage office inventory and order supplies in cooperation with Facilities
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and day-to-day responsibilities, as necessary
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
- Salary: $60-65k annually, based on experience
Skills & Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative/office support role
- Family office or financial services office experience, highly preferred
- Highest level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
