Our client, a law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Paralegal to assist them with their growing their workload of commercial real estate transactions. This position is hybrid and based 4 out of 5 days per week at the office in Purchase, New York. This role offers paid OT and discretionary bonus!

Job Details:
- Serve as a liaison with clients and any external counsel to facilitate closing transactions
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of coordinating finance transactions from pre-closing to closing
- Reviewing title commitments and underlying title exception documents
- Providing detailed reviews of surveys and title commitments
- Reviewing title exception documents
- Providing due diligence inclusive of ordering searches
- Ordering and review of zoning reports
- Salary Range: $75-85k, based on experience

Experience:
- 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant working on real estate transactions
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Exposure to reviewing title and surveys, exception documents, estoppels, and REA documents
- Knowledge of Net Docs or any other Document Management Software is a plus
