POSITION SUMMARY

Gains In Bulk is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support our financial operations by maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, financial modeling, accounts payable/receivable, and audits. This role is crucial in maintaining financial accuracy and providing insights that drive business decisions.

LOCATION

This position will be on-site at our headquarters in Mesa, Arizona.

Full-time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• High-Level Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Spreadsheet Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Manage and oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Support Month-End Close: Assist with month-end closeout and reconciliation of transitions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Cleaning Chart of Accounts: Organize and streamline the chart of accounts to improve financial reporting and analysis.
• Weekly Expense Monitoring: Track and analyze weekly expenses to ensure proper cash flow management and financial stability.
• Cost Opportunity Analysis: Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements to support business profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certifications
• Experience working in e-commerce is not required, but preferable

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (Based on Experience)
