POSITION SUMMARY

Gains In Bulk is seeking a skilled and creative Videographer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and engages our audience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in video production, post-production editing, and visual storytelling, with experience in the fitness, health, and wellness industry being a plus.

The Videographer will work closely with the creative team, marketing team, and executive leadership to produce compelling content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement. This role requires technical expertise, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to execute projects in a fast-paced environment.

LOCATION

This position will be on-site at our headquarters in Mesa, Arizona.

Full-time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, paid ads, and product launches.
• Oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production planning, lighting, audio setup, filming, and post-production editing.
• Create engaging, brand-aligned visuals that enhance customer engagement and reinforce brand messaging.
• Optimize video content for performance across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Shoot on-location and in-studio, including workout footage, product showcases, ambassador content, and storytelling-driven pieces.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging video techniques to maintain a fresh and innovative content strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Proficiency in videography, photography, editing, lighting, and sound design.
• Advanced skills in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and/or After Effects.
• Strong understanding of audio recording and sound mixing for high-quality production.
• Experience filming fitness, health, and lifestyle content is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Strong knowledge of video optimization

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• 2 years of experience in videography, video production, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio/reel showcasing high-quality video production and editing.
• Experience creating social media-first content, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Prior experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) branding or digital marketing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of photography is a bonus.

TRAVEL

Occasional travel (5-15%) may be required for on-location shoots, events, and expos.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Light to moderate physical effort may be required for content production as needed whether on-site or at off-site production locations while carrying camera and video equipment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (Based on Experience)
