Description : Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the company solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Prepare reports on account status
• Assists and guides customers by providing them with necessary

service
