Under general supervision this position will organize and conduct moderately complex training and educational programs for user personnel regarding information systems. Will also maintain records of training activities, employee progress and program effectiveness.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Your role in our mission

Will also maintain records of training activities, employee progress and program effectiveness.
- The analyst will pull together applicable training materials/processes for a firsthand experience that will allow end users to complete their work efficiently. Training sessions will require an articulate person that demonstrates confidence and the ability to interact and present materials in an engaging and professional manner.
- Perform quality analysis of the provider enrollment function. Tracking trends and creating methods of correction.
- Takes ownership of the task and follows through to completion. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
- Acts as an informed team member, providing information analysis and limited project direction input. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Research, identify, and specify solutions to problems. Support and conduct visualization, user experience, and configuration elements of solution design.
- Developing and maintaining structured user manuals and training materials.
What we're looking for
- Two or more years of experience in training. Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled at using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Comfortable with facilitating peer to peer training and quality review
- Demonstrates the flexibility to work on a high-paced project with definitive deadlines.
- Ability to work outside core business hours if needed to meet project timelines.
Preferred Skills
- Medicaid/Health Insurance experience
- Provider Enrollment or Provider Credentialing experience
- Experience in quality review and needs analysis.
- Tracking quality goals and outcomes
- Experience working in a project setting.
What you should expect in this role
- This hybrid position requires candidates to reside within commuting distance of office in Topeka, Kansas
- In the future this position might return to office at the request of the client
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
