Summary

Join Gainwell Technologies as a Business Process Consultant, where you will play a key role in driving client success by supporting outsourcing capabilities, optimizing processes, and delivering impactful solutions. This role blends strategic thinking, collaboration, and leadership to ensure business objectives are met effectively.

Your role in our mission

• Work closely with the business development team to support client evaluations, sourcing strategies, and process optimization.
• Create and document detailed process flows, templates, and operational metrics to measure and improve outsourcing outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for new client offerings and enhancements to internal processes while staying updated on industry trends.
• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced team members, fostering growth and collaboration.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in business process outsourcing, consulting, or systems implementation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to design and implement strategic solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage clients and guide teams effectively.
• A proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities and delivering measurable results.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client and team collaboration.

The pay range for this position is $84,800.00 - $121,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
