Summary
As a Field Support Technician at Gainwell, you will be responsible for providing end user support for remote locations in San Francisco, San Mateo, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara counties. The field technician will work with end users at the sites and remotely with Intel, Network, Lobby Management, and Central Depot resources. The field technician will take ownership of tickets via a ticketing queue process and dispatch on these tickets.
Your role in our mission
- Travel to multiple county site locations to handle a multitude of matters including
- Troubleshoot and maintain Windows based kiosks systems
- Troubleshoot scanner issues
- Assist with investigating lobby management equipment issues (fact tablets, and wallboards displays)
- Perform quarterly physical inventory of all project equipment at each site
- Assist Central Depot and Windows Sysadmin staff with miscellaneous duties.

Fleet car will be provided
Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $35,700.00 - $51,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
