Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PMO Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This role is critical to ensuring the financial and contractual success of projects by focusing on project budgeting, cost management, and creating comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs). The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational, financial, and communication skills, along with a passion for driving project success.
Your role in our mission
- Develop, track, and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.
- Analyze financial data, including project costs, resource allocations, and expenditures, to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to forecast budgets, track variances, and manage risks related to financial resources.
- Coordinate the creation of detailed, accurate, and comprehensive Statements of Work for new and ongoing projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, scope, deliverables, and timelines for SOW development.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations in all SOWs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for project financial health and SOW tracking.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on budgeting tools, SOW templates, and financial best practices.
- Continuously review and refine budgeting and SOW processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement best practices and industry standards in project financial management and documentation.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
