Your role in our mission

• Act as the single point of contact for the Testing programs
• Monitor and review the ongoing status of all the program activities with various teams and dependencies with other key stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders for day-to-day management of priorities, delivery scope, schedule, and work deliverables
• Liaison with Test Managers to meet delivery commitments
• Participate in regular test management governance meetings, continuous improvement of current business practices/processes
• Responsible for weekly and monthly reports on testing progress
• Assess program status and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
• Manage program changes and ensure adherence to overall defined SLAs
• Work with the Testing process governance team to identify areas for deploying processes, tools, and standards improvement
• Analyze testing metrics to drive continuous improvement within the program
• Evaluate skill demand based on the nature of the project/program

What we're looking for

• 12 years of experience in software quality assurance, product quality management or process optimization.
• 5 years of people leadership experience, including direct management of testing teams across distributed or global environments.
• Proven success leading QA/testing efforts in global environments, with a focus on interpreting testing metrics to drive process and quality improvements.
• Strong experience working cross-functionally to align testing efforts with delivery timelines, stakeholder priorities, and SLAs.
• Medicaid or healthcare IT domain knowledge is a strong plus.

The pay range for this position is $109,400.00 - $133,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
