Your role in our mission

• Hybrid position managing projects and providing financial analysis and reporting
• Manages projects in both waterfall and agile environments
• Builds and manages client relationships with support from the Program Director
• Works with client(s) to design project approach and develop implementation plans
• Continuous Monitoring and timely reporting to management of progress towards business goals
• Maintains project risk register to ensure that risks are effectively managed to minimize their impacts
• Will have oversight and project management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects
• Provides reporting for assigned sales organization. Performs complex analyses including budgeting, trend analysis, pipeline forecasting, financial
• Reviews pipeline forecast for accuracy and updates accordingly. Assists in ensuring there is coordination between sales professionals and operations on the sales process
• Assists in forecasting and maintaining an accurate picture of performance against the agreed sales plan and overall performance within the defined offering, to include credit reviews
• Facilitates various meetings, (requirements gathering, design sessions, project schedule baselining, Agile scrum meetings)

What we're looking for

• BA/BS (Any Discipline)
• 5 years of prior Healthcare experience
• 5 years of MS Project Scheduling tools experience
• 3 years experience in Salesforce/CRM tools
• 5 years of Medicare/Medicaid experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Project as well as Excel/Power Point/Word
• Strong presentation skills

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
