This role will develop and refine client engagement methodologies, contribute to knowledge management, and ensure consistent high quality in how Gainwell implementation teams engage with clients.

The pay range for this position is $84,800.00 - $121,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This role will develop and refine client engagement methodologies, contribute to knowledge management, and ensure consistent high quality in how Gainwell implementation teams engage with clients.
Your role in our mission
- Develop reusable engagement strategies, tools, and playbooks that provide a structured approach to client interactions across implementations
- Standardize and refine client engagement frameworks to improve how Gainwell teams navigate complex state Medicaid environments
- Ensure alignment between project-level client engagement efforts and Gainwell's broader business objectives
- Lead development of client-facing collateral that can be leveraged across multiple implementations
- Distill complex, detailed technical information into executive-level roadmaps and presentations
- Identify common engagement challenges across implementations and develop proactive solutions that reduce risks and improve execution
- Drive consistency in how implementation teams approach stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and client communications
- Partner with leadership to ensure client engagement continues to evolve as Medicaid procurement models and client expectations change
What we're looking for
- 5 years of experience in client engagement, business strategy, or program management in Medicaid, healthcare IT, or large-scale public sector programs
- Experience in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and client relationship strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects, standardizing and improving engagement practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing client-facing collateral and executive-level reports
- Knowledge of Medicaid IT ecosystems, multi-vendor program dynamics is highly preferred
- Public sector management consulting experience preferred
- Leadership abilities: Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and motivate individuals to achieve project goals.
What you should expect in this role
- This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
- Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
- Health (medical, dental, vision) benefits start on day 1 of employment.

- Employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
- Company provided computer for work use.
- For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload . Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
