Summary
Gainwell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Senior Manager . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, tenure in healthcare technology, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation. Subject matter expertise in Care Management and Population Health Management is required.
As the Technical Senior Manager for PHM at Gainwell, you will oversee the technical delivery and support of our Population Health Management Service solutions and services across Gainwell clients. This will include leading a team of IT Professionals.

- Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with Gainwell's business objectives.
- Team Management : Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Technical Expertise : Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements to drive innovation and efficiency.
- SDLC Management : Oversee software delivery and support functions, setting and enforcing standard to ensure best-in-class delivery disciplines are followed.
- Project Management : Oversee complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project management best practices.
- Infrastructure Management : Manage and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud solutions.
- Security and Compliance : Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Vendor Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions.

The pay range for this position is $108,400 - $154,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
