Summary
This key member of Gainwell’s leadership team will be responsible for growing the Population Health Management (PHM) service line through strategic go-to-market activities and consultative engagements with Health and Human Services clients in all states and territories. Reporting to the Senior Vice President / General Manager of PHM, the primary responsibility for this leader will be to meet the needs of clients who are tackling the challenge of transforming and improving care delivery for vulnerable populations in their states. This leader will bring a strong background in data analytics, innovative payment and care models and knowledge of technology to shape and communicate the value story of Gainwell’s solutions. By working collaboratively and creatively with leaders across Gainwell, this leader will manage all the components that go into successfully achieving growth goals and client satisfaction.
Your role in our mission
- Understand the healthcare landscape and play the lead role to evolve existing GTM strategic plan to keep pace with needs.
- Serve as the credible expert in the room with clients and colleagues.
- Provide research and thought leadership to Gainwell leadership and clients to enhance understanding of PHM – writing white papers and other publications.
- In partnership with Gainwell’s sales team, foster relationships with targeted clients, representing the PHM service line and identifying.
- Partner with the Gainwell Growth team (business development) to structure and oversee a consistent client-contact cycle that results in new PHM accounts.
- Serve as a key advisor on the solution architecture and team structure for new accounts.
- Provide internal consulting services as needed with emerging accounts – for example serving in an interim leadership role while setting up the project.

The pay range for this position is $156,100.00 - $223,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
