Summary
Gainwell is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our public health and Medicaid solutions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that our solutions are effectively communicated to state agencies and public sector decision-makers. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the product management and Field Marketing / ABM team to develop product narratives, create compelling content, and drive demand for Gainwell's solutions.
Your role in our mission
- Go-to-Market Leadership : Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Gainwell healthcare and public sector solutions, ensuring clear and consistent messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Solution Positioning : Craft and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates Gainwell's solutions in the market, tailored to public health and Medicaid stakeholders.
- Content & Collateral Development : Create and manage a wide range of marketing content, including solution briefs, white papers, case studies, and presentations that support both product-level and account-based marketing efforts.
- Sales Enablement : Equip sales and account teams with the tools and training needed to effectively communicate the value of Gainwell's solutions, including battlecards, product presentations, and competitive analysis.
- Market & Competitive Research : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform product strategy and marketing messaging.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product management, sales, and the Field Marketing / ABM team to ensure product marketing efforts are aligned with overall go-to-market strategies and customer needs.
- Launch Management : Lead product and solution launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and strong market adoption.
- Customer Insights & Feedback : Engage with customers, prospects, and sales teams to gather feedback and insights that inform ongoing product development and marketing strategies.
- Performance Measurement : Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

The pay range for this position is $111,100.00 - $158,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
