Finished Parts Operator for Gaishin Manufacturing Benton Harbor Facility :
Our Finished Parts Operator works Monday - Friday from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm. We are looking for candidates that are looking for a long-term career at a company that values and supports their employees.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Follow standard work instructions and packing operations for specific jobs
- Inspect parts before they are shipped to customer
- Operate various machinery- tie rod straighter, hydraulic press, Grav-co, and ultrasonic
- Follow all safety guidelines and 5S procedures
- Move material / parts throughout shop
What we are looking for :
Job Summary :
The Finished Parts Operator is responsible for the production and packaging of parts post machining. This will include activities such as : assembly / wash / straightening / tumble / pressure test / package / stock / count. The Post-Production Team plays a critical role in providing world class customer service / satisfaction. Individuals in this position will provide a consistent product with superior quality.
