Who we are : :
Gaithersburg Animal Hospital is looking for experienced full-time Vet Technicians / Nurses to join our family! Were all animal lovers here and we work hard to create a warm, inviting, and comfortable environment for our patients and their families. We have been at this location for over 35 years and currently have 3 full-time vets and 1 part-time vet.
Some of the assets we are looking for in a person include :
- Surgical experience
- Ability to take vitals, do blood draws, and place indwelling catheters to name a few
- Detail oriented
- Ability to communicate with clients clearly
- People person
- Great problem-solving skills
- Exceptional multi-tasker
- Ability to express empathy
- Flexible schedule
- Able to work nights and some weekends and a few hours on a holiday
- Great work ethic and the ability to get tasks completed in a timely manner
