Role: Full Stack Java Developer
Location: Lansing, MI
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong technical lead skills to manage on-call support teams, ensuring seamless 24/7 customer support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in on-call rotations, providing hands-on support.
- Perform object-oriented analysis and design using common patterns.
- Expertise in Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, and JSF technologies.
- Experience in production support for distributed and mainframe applications.
- Familiarity with AppDynamics, Dynatrace, and batch scheduling tools like TWS, Autosys.
- Troubleshoot performance issues and provide RCA for recurring problems.
- Hands-on with SQL, Perl, Unix scripting, and JBOSS server.
- Experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, JIRA, ServiceNow).
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in development and support.
- 3 years in key technologies with strong problem-solving skills.
Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
