Job Description:
• Experience - 5 yrs.
• Hands and Feet Support for physical check during outages, by replacing Power cards/ Line cards/ Modules replacements/ Console / uploading configured if device went to factor mode.
• Wireless – Hard reboot Access Points and replacing faulty Access Points
• Power Related assistance during Power / PSU down
• Onsite – On call Support 24/7
• IOS Upgrade – Physical assistance for Hard reboot /Console/ Device replace if device not come up/ Console / uploading configured if device went to factor mode.
• should have knowledge on Routing, Switching, Wireless.
• Should have CCNA level knowledge.
