Job Title: Power Platform Consultant
Location: Seattle, WA (On-site)
Duration: Long term
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide coaching, mentoring, and technical training.
- Conduct thorough case reviews to ensure effective resolution of complex technical issues.
- Act as an escalation point for engineers, facilitating the progression of cases.
- Drive case triage meetings to enhance knowledge sharing and optimize solutions.
- Provide actionable feedback to Service Delivery Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Technical Managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Engage with escalation and product teams to resolve critical and complex issues.
- Manage the swarming process, ensuring appropriate resources are available for issue resolution.
- Contribute to troubleshooting guides and readiness content to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify and report product bugs to relevant teams.
- Develop new troubleshooting materials and refine existing workflows.
- Analyze case trends to suggest process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Power Platform Expertise: Mastery in building and customizing applications using Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, and Portals).
- Power Virtual Agents: Experience in developing conversational AI solutions and integrating with Dynamics 365 CE, Microsoft Teams, and third-party applications. Knowledge of SSO.
- Common Data Service (CDS): Strong understanding of entity creation, relationships, and using CDS as a data source.
- Customization & Configuration: Experience in UI customization, business rules, forms, and views to meet business needs.
- Integration Services: Proficiency in integrating Power Platform with external systems using connectors, APIs, and data gateways.
- Custom Development: Knowledge of extending Power Platform capabilities using custom connectors, plugins, JavaScript, and Azure Functions.
- Security & Compliance: Experience in implementing security measures, managing roles/permissions, and ensuring compliance.
- Environment & Release Management: Skills in managing Power Platform environments, version control, and DevOps practices.
- Power Automate: Proficiency in creating and managing automated workflows, including handling Custom Connectors and On-Premises Data Gateways.
- Power Automate for Desktop: Experience in desktop workflow automation, installation, and machine configuration.
- CRM Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft.
- Technical Skills: Experience in SaaS product support, web frontend development, and QA. Familiarity with C#, Python, SQL Server, and Oracle.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, along with strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Logical thinking with the ability to use available tools and resources effectively.
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Passion for technology, customer experience, and professional development.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work different shifts outside of standard business hours, including weekends.
