You take ownership of projects from start to finish, solving design problems while also inspiring others through your work and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will:
- Showcase a portfolio of meticulously crafted work, demonstrating expertise in UI and visual design.
- Have impeccable attention to detail, noticing and caring when something is a pixel off.
- Possess superior typography skills.
- Create a cohesive visual language, establishing a unified look and feel across large-scale projects.
- Take full ownership of the design process, iterating and refining concepts from the initial brief to final delivery.
- Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively, with the ability to define and justify your design rationale.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including content strategy, UX designers, and front-end developers.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to fellow designers, fostering growth within the team.
- Manage time effectively, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Show initiative while remaining open to direction, demonstrating a proactive work ethic.
