Required Skills :-

• Excellent working knowledge on Avaya systems, (various versions, upgrades)
• Avaya certified preferred
• Should have worked / supported more than 60000 extensions
• Excellent working knowledge on call recording - Calabrio

Following Technology should be known :-

• Vocera
• Oracle SBC
• Cisco CUCM
• Nortel legacy systems
• AVST

Must Have :-

• Should be aware of migration from Avaya to Cisco
• Should be able to work in heterogeneous environment.
• Excellent communication skills / stake holder management
