Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Senior Program/Product Manager with a strong technical background in AI/ML, Azure Cognitive Services, and hands-on programming experience in Python. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in GenAI architecture, capable of defining and implementing AI-driven solutions while effectively managing product and program strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate the GenAI architecture vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conceptualize and experiment with alternative architectural approaches to optimize AI/ML solutions.
- Design and develop models, components, and interface specification documents.
- Validate the architecture against technical and business requirements.
- Prepare and present architectural documents to stakeholders, sponsors, and technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI/ML initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI and Azure AI services.
- Ensure best practices for AI/ML development, model governance, and responsible AI principles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture and program/product management.
- Proven experience with Azure Cognitive Services and cloud-based AI/ML solutions.
- Strong Python programming skills with hands-on development experience.
- Expertise in designing scalable AI/ML architectures and deploying Generative AI models.
- Experience in managing enterprise AI initiatives and AI-driven product development.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MLOps, Data Engineering, and AI Model Governance.
- Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Transformer-based architectures.
- Prior experience in leading AI/ML-driven digital transformation projects.
