• Responsible for applying business improvement and reengineering principles
to organizational development and process modernization projects
• Responsible for assisting in effectively transitioning existing project teams in the
accomplishment of project activities and objectives
• Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and additional forms of
knowledge transfer
• Skilled in areas such as, but not limited to, methodology development, change
management, organization development, activity and data modeling,
performance measurements, benchmark and identifying best practices
• Demonstrate creative thinking and display strong communications skills
• Demonstrate action, implement concepts, and seek meaningful results to
problems

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent in a related field, advanced degree
preferred
2. 7 years of progressive experience in business improvement projects with at
least 3 years’ experience in CIS projects
3. Demonstrate track record of reengineering business processes
particularly as they related to gas, water, and wastewater utilities
4. Clear understanding of the business process streamlining methodologies
5. Strong leadership, communication, and technical writing skills
6. Intermediate – expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Forms
preferred
