• Assisting with implementing change management strategy based on a situational
awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the
change
• Supporting stakeholders with the execution of plans and managing
resistance during the transition
• Collecting and analyzing data to measure the success of change initiatives, and
presenting findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
• Developing and/or maintaining documentation and reporting systems to track
changes, adoption, risks, and recommendations
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to promote communication and
collaboration
• Identifying potential risks and challenges associated with change initiatives
• Collaborating with project team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders
to create various content and/or provide training sessions for employees
and stakeholders to adapt to the changes
• Assisting with development and implementation of communication plans
to ensure stakeholders are informed of changes
• Creating and enabling reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success

REQUIREMENTS
1. Deep understanding of organizational behavior
2. Must have knowledge of or experience with various technology projects,
preferably in the water and gas utility industry
3. Must be able to analyze complex data and situations, use the
information to recommend/develop effective change strategies, identify
potential risks, and recommend/develop contingency plans to mitigate
them
4. Must have good working knowledge of customer service and field
operations preferably government and water and gas utility industries
with unionized workforce
5. Excellent facilitation, written and verbal communication skills
6. Knowledge of risk, control, mitigation, and strategies
7. Training knowledge and experience, preferably in the water and gas utility
industry
8. Intermediate – expert in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Forms
